| This is a Mexican cow that wandered onto American Border Patrol's ranch through a hole in the fence created when a drug runner came through. The Mexican rancher (rumored to be part of the drug cartel) usually fixes the fence right away but didn't this time. ABP put a temporary fix on the fence and called the Border Patrol to come get the cow. |
