| This photo was taken from American Border Patrol's ranch in Southeastern Arizona. It shows two construction crews erecting a new border fence - approaching each other from opposite directions. "This reminds me of Promontory point in Utah where the Central Pacific and Union Pacific united to inaugurate cross-country rail trave," said Glenn Spencer of American Border Patrol. "When the joining section of this fence goes in I will look upon it as symbolic of the definition and protection of the borders of the United States" |
